Q: How much do your jobs normally cost?

A: Our jobs range from 30k-100k depending on scope of work and detail of the project. Though, our average job cost is typically around 40k. Due to the short season and size of crew we have, we have to be relatively selective with our jobs in order to continue with the business model that has worked well over the years.

Q: Do you have crews that complete the work?

​

A: We have always taken pride in keeping our company small to maintain exceptional quality and follow through with the details we pride ourselves in. Owner Sean Ash and typically 1-2 employees will be the workers on site through the project.

Q: Why should I hire you over someone else?

A: There are a lot of  great contractors in our industry. We have a good relationship with a lot of them. What sets us apart is our desire to create unique outdoor living spaces catered directly to our clients. We choose our clients as much as they choose us. Collaboratively we create spaces that are extensions of your home and the way you use your outdoor space

Q: How much does a 3D design cost? 

​

A: Our 3D designs cost $450.00 for a full render of your project with video walkthrough. We find tremendous value in giving our clients insight into what we can do with their space. Communication is extremely important to us, design services ensure that details don't get lost in translation through the process.
